Brown rice & grilled chicken w/ low sodium soy sauce.
I grilled up the best chicken ever.
Used hot sauce & butter as a marinade....
Tastes like buffalo chicken without the sugar. xDDD

8 eggwhites, 2 yolks, wheat tortilla, 15 pecans, cup of raspberries...as good as raspberries are they rarely get purchased...too f'n expensive!
