    Supposedly, I'm off work until 4:00 a.m. Monday. . Just finished ordering up spare BP meds, Voltaren gel, antibiotics, and some Meloxicam for the wife to use for brief periods of time.
    Peeped through my last "supplement" order one more time. Man, that big jug of suspension is screaming at me, along with the Testovis, Sustanon , Normas, tren ace, etc. I am going to restrain myself until after my labs and Dr. appointment are completed.
    Going to crash hard and sleep until I feel like it's time to be up; might be 3 hours, might be 13 hours.
    Should be headed to the shop early, early morning. Looking forward to it!!
    It will just be me and the beast here for Christmas so I'll probably grill a nice bone in ribeye, some veggies, and of course a little something for the beast. May make time to inspect and function check all of my firearms, and then handle a bit of work I bought home.
    Defo got to hit the range soon. Even if I have to burn some half days of vacation after the first of the year.

    Biceps, abs & 20 on the elyptical. Lots of folks off I'm guessing because the gym was slammed.

    Gonna try to squeeze in some cardio tomorrow to mitigate what I'm sure will be a lot of additional calories this weekend.

    Afternoon fellas, arms are nice and sore the day. No training the day that's me till about tuesday, am going to train will a fella from work wed, thu, fri next wk. Looking forward to it, we will be doing back then shoulders traps then arms.

    Really HIT my bi's yesterday - while asleep my arms/elbows bent and my god did my biceps cramp and spasm.

    Getting coffeed up for a cardio & abs session.

    Question: can you sweat the test bloat out somewhat? Thinking of extra layers during cardio.

    Keep salt to a min, AI spot on and keep hydrated and your cardio that you do will all help keep bloat away prox.

    Well, it went a tad longer than I had planned, but I threw in an extra set and I didn't have any "supplements" over than food and my pre-lift shake. I swear I pushed myself and was sweating and shaking.

    1 set of crunches
    Back stretches by pulling against my leg press with a rounded back and also the one where you arch your lower back like a cat.

    Bodyweight squats- 1 x 20
    Dry bar squats- 1 x 20
    Plate/side- 1 x 20
    2 plates/side- 1x 20
    2 plates and a quarter/side- 1 x 10 - 2x
    2 plates/side- 1 x 10 - 2x
    Plate/side - 1 x 20

    Seated calf raises w/ double bounce @ bottom- Work-18-7-4
    Standing calf raises w/ double bounce @ top- Work1- 14 - 7. Drop weight Work2- 18 -7

    Wanted to move up to 3 plates/side but my form is breaking down on the set just before I was ready to move up, so will keep with the current way.

    1 hour and 11 minutes for everything.

    FYI, forgot to mention that my most recent order of whey protein, nighttime shake blend, and my post work out shake blend came in.
    Believe I posted in the past that I didn't really care for True Nutrition's pumpkin spice flavor (although I did use all 5 pounds of it), however, their holiday eggnog flavor is pretty dang good.

    Thanks, Clarky! I'm hungry as fvck now. Had a poblano pepper stuffed with chicken and rice about 90 minutes after my shake and just knocked off a "generous" portion of sweet potato. Maybe that will keep me satisfied for a while, if not I may need to take something to relax me for a few hours.

But damn it, workout was distracted by this woman I just can't keep my eyes off of, f-me she's put together well. Her lower half utterly destroys me. Sorry, know it's Christmas & should be talking about snowflakes, reindeers and such.

    Oh man, I think I may have offended my legs with the squats (which makes me happy). Lower back is holding up remarkably well thus far. Maybe even good enough to hit back late Sun. evening.

    Edit: Calve are woefully sore all the way down to the Achilles tendon, too!

    Ah, geez. Thought I was going to get to kick back today, but one of the guys I occasional do a little smith work for is all.excited and just messaged me. He finished clearing a 500m firing lane on their 700+ acres yesterday and got his AR500 silhouette target set up.
    He recently bought a nice Tika in 6.5 Creedmoor and wants me to help him dial in his powder requirements and setup his optics, and of course once I'm there he is going to want me to.go over his reloading layout, etc., explain how I sort my brass, adjust my dies, clean and deburr flash pocket, primer depth, etc.
    I think I can do just about anything with my .270Win that the 6.5 will do or more with my Reminhton 700 in .338 than his 6.5, but I don't mind helping him figure which reloading variables affect shot placement (powder charge, powder shape, powder temp, correct case OAL, correct OAL for the 6.5 cartridge, case concentricity, consistent extractor pressure, consistent primer pocket depths and cleaned and deburred flash holes, etc.
    One thing about it, I won't have to go for a ride and get on post for long shooting lanes now. I told him I would help him get familiar with everything, boresight, and adjust his optics to his cheek weld and eye relief provided he gives me a notarized statement saying I have permission to get in a little long range work on his property.
    Most of my regular range work involves an armalite mid-length w/A2 upper and Trinicon peep apeture and front post night sights I installed and a Sig P220 carry or a Sig Ultra Nitron and the longest rifle lane out there is only 100m.
    Really missing my range time fellas. Won't be long after the first of the year and I will load up my range bag and a few firearms and run some speed drills and also, just some plain old plinking. Even if I have to use some of my vacation.
    Think I'll nap a bit and let the legs recover for a few hours before I go traipsing through the underbrush later. . Hmm, also I have a few rather loud bits of "ordnance" lying around (just another one of my sideline hobbies ). May dispose of one or two rocks or stumps, if we are still out there after the churches in the area complete their worship services, and if they a few stumps to eliminate.
    My friends father has a permit for smaller quantities of dynamite for use on the farm and blowing up beaver dams, so the noise shouldn't be too out of place.
