Pretty decent workout today. Working through some issues at home (read wife stuff) and that is taking some considerable amount of energy and work is picking up again. Anyhow, felt like conditioning was suffering a bit today, not sure why. Regardless, pushed through as always.

Saturday was my day off, but decided to do cardio. 10 min. LISS running, 20 min HIIT running, 10 minutes stair stepper.
15 minutes sauna. I cannot let MS get the better of me. LOL

I dig down deep. I did legs yesterday and was not going to leave until I got 8 reps at 225. It wasn’t pretty, but I got the 8 reps. My body was shaking. I guess my stabilizer muscles aren’t working the way they should.
Bulgarian squats were a challenge with balance. I have tried to incorporate mor functional exercises to improve stability.
Reps 15,12,10,8
Squats superset Bulgarian squats
Hack superset dB walking lunges
Bent knee deadlifts superset abductor
Leg extensions triset leg curl and hip thrusts
High rep calves leg press superset seated calf raise
Standing calf raise

Gallbladder removal surgery is Thursday morning. Doc said I can't workout for 3-4 weeks, I'm thinking more like 1-2...lol

The doctor told me the main concern with working out was the chance of a hernia. I did take 4 weeks off of lifting then started light.
I was just reading in the New Jersey medical journal that after Gallbladder surgery you should eat excessive amounts of cheat meals for at least two weeks to help with the healing.

Had my Inguinal lymph node removed this AM and the doc said it looks normal just inflamed so that was great news. Now the oral surgery at 12. I am hungry as hell. The doctor told me the same things, no working out for 4 weeks. Like that is going to keep me away from the gym. Depending on the pain and meds I am sure I will be back this weekend doing something.

I don’t really have much going for me right now. Got my ass handed to me by life about 2 years ago. Plus a career change. Slowly rebuilding everything from the ground up. But I’m building a strong foundation this go round in everything.
I could barely do 10 min when I started, i love it now. I do some stretching and shit in there too for my torn back muscle to help loosen it up.“If you can't explain it to a second grader, you probably don't understand it yourself.” Albert Einstein

I got engaged in my early 20's to someone I was greatly in love with, then she left me a year later. I was devastated, I stayed drunk for a long time, extremely depressed. After a couple years, I snapped, and started fucking girls left and right. I use to be socially awkward, but I eventually became a social butterfly, being in bands helped. The one I'm with now looks way better, plus I'm way happier, never have to worry about her wanting to party and crap. You'll find your soulmate, just don't be in a hurry and try to force it. In the meantime, go get laid as many time as to can!

Thanks! You’re looking jacked too! It’s motivsting to see everyone getting after it!
I can’t stop and I won’t stop. Lol
Today was a fun workout too. I had some PR’s on DB press. Did 105’s for 3 sets of 10. Never done that before. But I’m fairness, I’ve never been to a gym that had more than 100lb DB’s. So I don’t really know what my true PR would have been in the past. But a win is a win!
Also tried two new chest exercises I’ve never tried before.“If you can't explain it to a second grader, you probably don't understand it yourself.” Albert Einstein

We are almost at the half way point. Is anyone going to change their course? If so, was it planned, or is it to to the results?

About to start a cycle again. I had to stop due to that node I had to have removed. Been just on TRT against doctors advice. Not waiting on lab to say what the doctor said. I didnt want to go back to chemoradiation shit again.
Fat loss is still my goal but not happy seeing my body turning back into a runner body.

Already missed last couple weeks working out, by the time I get surgery this week and miss a couple more weeks or so, I'll end up going 5-6 weeks without working out. It'll probably take me a few weeks just to get my joints and all back to where I can lift, so I'll just concentrate on dieting and doing cardio when I can. Will start clen at beginning of week 7
